Mochihime enters, cocky grin and all.
"Ohayo, Mirumoto-sensei!"
She looks around and raises an eyebrow.
"Excellent, private tutoring!"

The tutoring wouldn't be quite so private after all. A soft humming sound echoed through the dojo as a young Asako girl, likely familiar to both at this point, entered the dojo with a shinai in her hands while dressed in her practice uniform. Her long hair was pulled up into a ponytail and a smile was on her face.
"Ohayo, Mirumoto-sensei! Ohayo, Otomo-sama!" Ryoko waved to both before bowing. "This one hopes you've both had rice today!"

Mochihime shrugs and grins.
"Welcome, by the way. If it was just me this might just be awkward. Now it's just slightly embarrassing. Improvement!"

Mochihime seems to be preoccupied with something. Nervous even. As nothing seems to be happening she walks over to the other side of the Dojo and makes a phonecall. |

Otomo Mochihiko enters the dojo and bows to the banners in haste before doing the same to the Dragon.
"Mirumoto sensei, blessings. There is an urgent family emergency and I will need to talk to my sister. Could she, please, be excused from class?"

"Yes. Bit of a family emergency, I fear." Mochihime bows and is about to leave when she gets an idea. After all, Mirumoto Aiko is a Thunder, and carries the Scorpion blade. "Hmm, Mirumoto-sensei. Perhaps your assistance might be required. This family emergency is actually rather dire. My life might hang in the balance, as well as potentially that of another student. I need to go to the computer lab to check up on something related to that, but I need to talk to the Scorpion Champion. She might be more inclined to if a Thunder sets this up?" |

Aiko looks at the Otomo, blinking a bit, "I beg your pardon, Otomo-san, but if I were to consider such a request, I would need more information about what you wish to discuss with the Champion and why you feel such a request is required. After all, while the Scorpion and the Dragon are on good terms right now, I do not wish to endanger that understanding by using my ties to present to the Scorpion something which might cause their champion offense."

"Oh, of course, Mirumoto-sensei! You see, I believe the Scorpion Clan, due to an unfortunate misunderstanding, might be misconstruing a science experiment of mine for, well, illegal activities. In an equally unfortunate turn of events, instead of, you know, talking to me they decided to go for sabotage and assassination. I believe my boyfriend Bayushi Yoruga-san objected, and now he is missing. I fear for the worst, and I wish to clear this up with their Champion. Local Scorpion staff and student body have apparently mistaken this setting for an Imperial Winter Court instead of a high school. Or gone insane."
Mochihime shrugs, takes her laptop out of her backpack and frantically starts working on something, her fingers flying over the keyboard.

Nice, Mochi chan. Very nice. Insult their allies and they will help you... Reveal everything to even more people even... Mochihiko bows low. Very low. "Mirumoto sensei, please, forgive my sister. She is in a very difficult emotional state and she speaks very harshly and open about things that should not be spoken out loud. We all appreciate the Underhand's valiant efforts to defend the Empire and even if Bayushi Kaiko sama has decided to attack two school kids, I am pretty sure that there is a very good explanation that will be given to our esteemed parents and our daimyo if Mochi chan ends in the hospital as it was implied.
