With that, she turned and exited the room, heading back to Yoshinobu.

"Good night," she says in parting, bowing once more as Hinata leaves. Yoshinobu, for his part, was already back in his quarters. When Hinata entered, he was already wearing his pjs and glasses and sipping on a mug of cocoa while reading.

Hinata walked over to him and put her arms around his shoulders, leaning down to look over them.
"What are you reading?"

The Prince set the book open and to the side, sighing as Hinata wrapped her arms around him.
"Nothing super interesting - just some commentaries on famous paintings, how they were made, what people said about them in the time they were made. Sort of textbook stuff." He paused, noticing the bandage on her hand that wasn't there before. "Are you okay, what happened?"

"Oh, that. I accidentally dug into my palm with a nail and Sango-sama and I...well..."
Hinata chuckled, a bit embarrassed.
"...we freaked out and stuck jade on it then bandaged it. ...it's a bit silly now that I think about it, but still, she was right to worry."

"Honey, you know I'm not opposed to you kissing any part of me."

Well, she was the one who said it - what happened next was all Hinata's fault. "All right then..."
Yoshinobu blushed deeply before kissing the Kuni and lifting her up while he did so, riposting her first attack by carrying her up the stairs and to his room.
