"It is the short sighted and foolish who believe that life has no patterns, no purposes" came an equally cryptic reply before the Asako bowed to Takezou once more. Then she realizes how that sounds and bows faster, deeper!
"Sumimasen, Shinjo-sama! I'm not calling you foolish or short sighted, just quoting the Tao about patterns!"
The little Phoenix samurai-ko straightens but keeps her gaze averted, "I have no questions because this one cannot sway you from your path and will not as long as it only affects you.
