And with that final touch, the duel was finished. Sakura bows to her opponent. "Thank you for the lesson, Akodo-sama. I still have much to learn." Seijuro bows respectfully in reply. "Thank you, Mirumoto-sama. We both still have a ways to go." He looks over to the display going on with the other students, finally, wondering what in the hell has everyone riled up. Rather than contribute his own ideas, he just shakes his head, and takes a quiet seat in the corner. Watching.

Ichiro shakes off his anger towards Noboru and prepares to enter the sparring area. He bows to his opponent and settles down into his fighting stance. Allowing his mind to empty of all thought, preparing to let his body take over completely. He sets himself and waits for his opponent to ready themselves for their bout. Once the formalities have been observed Ichiro launches into an assault his sword slashing down and thrusting in over again more about speed than power he attempts to attack from all angles 48 (https://orokos.com/roll/589897) Ryuha bows and gets ready for the contest. They exchange a flurry of quick parries and ripostes, before the Akodo scores a light tap for the first point. She nods to him in acknowledgement, eyes still on him an ready for the next round. Ichiro nodded back his opponent and reset himself and prepared to launch a new assault. This one not quite so fast he left more openings than before. orokos.com/roll/589937 33

Ryuha played this series of swings a bit more defensively. The Akodo was quick, really quick. This time it was her turn to score, just barely squeaking by a tap after a few close parries. (37 - orokos.com/roll/589940)

The point scored against him broke a bit of his concentration it threw him off balance. He attempted to press on though his attack was a bit slower this time. orokos.com/roll/589937 27

Ryuha could since Ichiro's lack of concentration. As soon as he moved towards her slowly, she thrusted through his assault and scored another hit. (51 - orokos.com/roll/589969)

"Again, correct on most points." Ryouko said to the musician, most of her attention forward as she watched the matches with interest. "However, Mirumoto-san, there is a time and place for blunt words. Using them against someone that is obviously already in a dark frame of mind will only serve to further antagonize said person, therefore making them ignore any intent of help or constructive criticism."
She paused for a moment, observing the bouts, before glancing back at him. "If you truly are not seeking to start any fights, then I recommend you try to learn to read people's mood a little better." The Unicorn said calmly, corner of her mouth quirking up slightly.

Noboru just shook his head then sighed as he tried to withdraw from the rest of the class. It was fairly clear he didn't feel very comfortable discussing any of this, or really interacting with people at all, so he just shrugged to her and replied as best he knew how.
"My path is my own, Utaku-san. If it were a false one, Mirumoto-sensei," the honorific was stated almost with a bit of disgust, "or one of the other Dragon sensei would have advised me against it by now."
He then bowed to Ryouko, adding, "But that doesn't mean your own advice isn't appreciated."

Ichiro centered himself as they set themselves up for match point. Ichiro did his best to focus and he launched another assault, never to be the one on the defensive. He was more accurate and faster but it still wasn't his best showing. 37 orokos.com/roll/589979 VP ((Orokos is killing me rn XD))
