Kobushi realized he ought to have practiced his kenjutsu. His failure to land even a single touch on his partner in the class was a clear indication he'd allowed his training in swordsmanship to lapse into something approaching useless. Not quite as terrible as an untrained novice, but enough that he felt he needed to improve. Confident his fighting skill with his bare hands could wait for a while, he picks up a training weapon and picks out a target.
A moving opponent seemed like a bad idea. But he did it anyway. He set the training robot to what he deemed reasonable, hoping that it would prove a better exercise than just attacking a training dummy.

Ichiro entered the dojo with all of his practice stuff ready to go he figured he'd still want to get a couple hours of practice in on his day off, he'd likely start off with kenjutsu and move on to juijutsu after that he needed to be in top form for both judo and kendo club tryouts. He entered the room and noticed the crane boy from yesterday starting up one of the practice dummies.
"Hai! daidoji-san, want a more mobile practice partner?" Ichiro says with a grin his hand scratching the back of his head.

Ichiro shakes his head "of course not man, any living opponent is better than practicing forms alone or against the training dummy."

Rodrigo swaggered into the dojo, looking around before noticing the two other students and bowing.
"Ah, hello! I see I was not the only one with the idea to get some training in this morning. I am Rodrigo Azerola."

Ryuha is the next to enter the dojo this morning - which is surprisingly lively today for a weekend, early in the morning, and on a day off. She had made plans to meet Nobushi for a rematch of sorts, so she's here on time like she generally is anywhere. Her long black hair is put up in a bit of a messy ponytail tied up by green ribbon, he two azure colored eyes peeking out from a few locks of her hair.
She's dressed in more casual style clothing today but still pays the proper obeisances to the dojo. On her shoulder is her bokken, and she's got her bag in her left hand hanging by her side. She notices the two other boys gathered around Nobushi, keeping her distance a little for the time being. Maybe some friend of his.

He nods to Ichiro, before his attention is drawn to the gaijin.
"A pleasure to meet you, Rodurigo-san," he greets. "I am Daidoji Kobushi."
Kobushi spots Ryuha, having been on the lookout for her since he first arrived. He nods to the other two and turns to the Dragon he'd invited to spar here in the first place.
"Ah, Mirumoto-senpai. Seems like there's a bit of a crowd," he says. However, he gestures that she could come closer if she liked. While he was glad to meet the other two, he was here to spar with Ryuha, and he'd feel bad if she felt uncomfortable. "I hope you don't mind?"

"Oh, nah I don't mind. Its all cool," Ryuha says, trying to come off as nonchalant and failing a little bit. Courtesy demanded she include herself in the conversation with the others... one of which was a rather interesting looking gaijin. For a moment, she was reminded her of Aunt Natsuko.
"Good morning Akodo-san. Buenos dias."

Ichiro bows to the new comers "Akodo ichiro, it is a pleasure to meet you Rodrigo-san. Are you here to spar kenjutsu or juijutsu?" After Kobushi acknowledges Ryuha Ichiro bows to her as well. "It's seems our little dojo is a buzz with activity this morning.
